Héctor Pérez and Kathinka Rosiger provide the concierge services for Casa Cardonal.  They will arrange transportation to and from the airport to the Casa, help you plan and organize in-home dinning, and can help you plan and book excursions.  If you have special requirements for your stay or would like to discuss options, they are available to help make your visit the vacation of a lifetime.  Upon your arrival they will provide you with a guided tour of the Casa and its facilities and answer any questions you may have about the accommodations, provisions, transportation or reservations.   They also arrange for all the maintenance and repairs of the Casa so, you find anything that is not working, let them know and they will take care of it.

The Casa's onsite caretaker, Mino, is also your boat captain. He is a distinguished and experienced fisherman and will find for you the catch of the day or take you to see the whales, dolphins and mobula rays often found in the Sea of Cortez. The Casa's boat is also your transportation to the local championship golf at Bahia Los Suenos. Mino is availble to show you how to work any of the Casa's ammenities and will make sure you have bottled water and fresh ice each day.

Octavio, or one of his eight brothers, will provide the transportation from the Los Cabos or La Paz airports to Casa Cardonal. He has a fleet of six van's and offers a variety of excursions throughout the East Cape. He can take you to see the whales in Bahia Magdalena (2 day trip) or to visit Cabo, Old Town San Jose del Cabo, La Paz or the artist community of Todos Santos on the Pacific for the day.
A couple of unique excursions that Octavio provides include a guided ATV tour of the of the desert arroyos to see the ancient petroglyphs and a short jaunt to Santiago's swimming hole, a beautiful fresh water, granite-lined pool with cliff diving for kids of all ages.

Maria Louisa arrives each morning to provide maid service. She launders the sheets and towels and will wash, dry and fold any of your clothes you want cleaned. She washes the dishes, sweeps and cleans the entire house. She is often back again each night to help Francesca serve dinner.
Francesca, Octavio's wife, is an amazing cook and provides in-home catering services. She prepares everything from traditional Mexican fare to exquisite steak, seafood, shrimp and lobster dinners. Francesca provides both breakfasts and dinners. Lunch is seldom requested as the dinners are so plentiful that they usually provide leftovers for lunch the next day. My short list of favorites is crevice, guacamole with homemade tortilla chips for appetizers, carne asada on fresh tortillas and a crisp green salad for dinner, fresh tropical fruit and eggs with chorizo for breakfast.
