Reserve

Rental Rates:

March through August, October, November
Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12 - 14) - $1,500 per night
(3-night minimum).
Full Estate (Casa only - sleeps 8) - $900.00 per night (3-night minimum). Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $6,500.00 per week.
Monthly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $18,000.00. The Monthly Rate is not available during Christmas Week or New Year's week.

Holiday Season - Christmas & New Years
Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12 - 14) - $1,500 per night
(3-night minimum).
Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $7,500 per week. Note: This is a discount of 2 nights.

Mid Season – September & December(except Christmas & New Years) through February
Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12-14) - $1,200 per night (3-night min.).
Full Estate (Casa only - sleeps 8) - $720.00 per night (3-night min.).
Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $5,200 per week.
Monthly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $14,400.00

Additional Discount for Repeat Customers
Casa Cardonal offers all repeat renters an additional 10% discount off 2011 published rates.

Notes:
Fishing boat (Panga) – an additional fee of $250 US per day is required for fishing and ecotouring including assistance by a local boat captain and guide,
$50 US per hour for other boat use (activities and transportation).
Fee includes gasoline. Local rental taxes are included.
The best fishing in the Sea of Cortez takes place during the months of May, June, July & August.

Rental Policies:
Reservation Deposit Required
An advance deposit, in the amount of 1/3 of the rental, is required in order to reserve and hold your dates. Sorry, advance deposits are non-refundable. Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
